Introduction

We founded this site because the truth matters. At ISC-CARE, we know the importance of independent healthcare regulation—but we also know what it feels like when that system fails. The Care Quality Commission’s recent inspection of our service was riddled with factual errors, contradictions, and unfair scoring that do not reflect the quality of care we provide.

For our clients and staff, the consequences of an inaccurate report are real: trust is damaged, reputations are harmed, and the public is misled. We cannot allow flawed regulation to stand unchallenged.

This website sets out our fight for fairness. It documents where the CQC got it wrong, the evidence they ignored, and why their process raises serious questions about transparency and accountability.
